Yoga classes at work or online
Like Chair massage, corporate yoga is part of global Health Prevention program. In this corporate yoga class, we have chosen postures that are accessible to a wide range of people regardless of their fitness level or their previous yoga experience.
Practising yoga can brin many benefits to employees and contribute to their overall well-being. Here are a few examples of benefits:
- Stress reduction: yoga is reknown for its rejuvenating effects on the body and mind. The various postures and breathing exercises promote relaxation which reduces the stress level among the staff
- Improved concentration: regular yoga practice helps to improve concentration and mental clarity. Employees are therfore more focuses and more productive
- Improving posture and strengthening the body: yoga emphasizes alignment and body awareness. It, therefore, promotes better posture on a daily basis. It strengthens your body and thus prevents future injuries.
- Team Building: yoga sessions require coordination and synchronization which can result in better team collaboration
These classes can be given either in an initiation form during an Event or on a regular basis once a week, bi-monthly or monthly.
